Michael L. Cullom, Co-Founder and Managing Director, has served as a business executive, consultant, advisor, and board member for concepts ranging from embryonic/start-ups to the Fortune 2000.
Michael has deep experience as a senior finance, corporate development and marketing executive with prominent privately- and publicly-held companies in the consumer, restaurant, retail, industrial and technology industries. He is an alumnus of the Pillsbury, PepsiCo, Dun & Bradstreet, General Motors and Boston Chicken.
Functionally, Michael has provided value-added leadership in finance, planning (strategic, tactical, logistics, budgeting), M&A (buy- and sell-sides), capital formation, investor/Board relations, performance reporting, accounting, legal/contracting, administration, IT, organizational design, franchising, new site development, operations, supply chain, marketing, and organizational design.
In an advisory role, Michael has developed a track record of success and adding value to his numerous client groups. These constituents include private equity and venture capital ownership across a wide range of sizes and industries, including tech, tech services, software, restaurant, retail, transportation, healthcare, and business services.
Michael Cullom received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, where he was a Dean’s List student and a Cooperative Education (Work-Study) participant with General Motors Corporation. Michael earned an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he focused in finance, strategic management and international business.
Michael acts as an advisor to a number of companies on an ongoing basis, and has served on the Board of Directors of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. He has served as a Guest Lecturer at Cornell University.
Michael and his family live in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains near Denver, Colorado.
